Biographical sketch
Since 2014, I have been a scientific researcher for the University of Southern Mississippi’s Gulf Coast Geospatial Center (GCGC) focused on geomorphology and environmental response of hurricane impacts along the Mississippi-Alabama Barrier Island chain. Currently serving as the Director (Interim), my published research has achieved recognition in the Journals of Coastal Research, Remote Sensing, and Geomorphology. My current research focuses on computing accurate and precise 3-D surface velocities at points within a network of Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) receivers. Using spliced one-second observation message data, decadal scale relative positioning models are developed to perform time-series analyses of surficial velocities and rates of change.
