Biographical sketch
Tina serves as Chair of the Dauphin Island Sea Lab's Discovery Hall Programs for Education & Outreach as well as the Assistant Director of Education for Mississippi-Alabama Sea Grant Consortium. She is an alum of Miami University (Ohio, zoology), Oregon State (oceanography) and Louisiana State (oceanography and coastal studies) and taught at the University of Mobile and the University of South Alabama for a decade before returning to the Sea Lab in her current capacity. Tina has lived on all 4 US coasts and finds the Gulf of Mexico intellectually interesting, inspiring and relaxing (well, except during hurricane season).
